San Lorenzo in Banale, Italy May 11, 2005

Everything went well on our trip, except for the Italian train strike. We needed to go to the train station in Trento to take care of our tickets and after a long story we were still able to leave on our scheduled Friday, but only later in the day. All in all it wasn't too bad.

We stopped at Renzo's sister's, Silvana, home for a short visit before heading over to Angelo and Maria's for lunch. Silvana is a goldmine for Jack as she has a lot of the family history documented. Jack did the best he could do and took pictures of some the Silvana's book. Silvana indicated that some of the family immigrated to Germany and that has Jack excited.
